Brand operating partner · Argentina

We don't distribute your product. We build your brand in Argentina.

We take over everything between your factory and the Argentine consumer: importing, regulatory clearance, brand, channel and sales. You bring the product. We bring the operation. And we share the upside.

A two-week market assessment. No cost, no commitment.

  • Import & customs
  • ANMAT · ENACOM · INPI clearance
  • Retail, e-commerce & marketplaces
  • Monthly sell-out reporting

The problem

There are three ways into Argentina. All three end the same way.

If your brand isn't selling here, the product is rarely the reason.

The distributor

Buys low, adds you to a catalogue of two hundred products, and invests nothing in your brand. The moment something with a better margin appears, you're dropped. Your brand never existed — it was a SKU code.

The local subsidiary

Two years, a local entity, a team, a warehouse and a lawyer — all before the first sale. Almost no brand can justify that investment just to test a market.

Export and hope

You ship and trust. No price control, no channel control, no idea who's actually buying. You end up competing on price against a local copy.

There's a fourth option. It's what we do.

The fourth option

We run your brand in Argentina as if it were ours.

Expertrade isn't a middleman. We are your brand's Argentine operation: we take on the working capital, the paperwork, the channel risk and the demand building. And we earn when you earn.

  1. 01

    Market Entry

We study the category, define the shelf price you can realistically reach, classify the product, register your trademark with INPI, and secure whatever clearances your category demands: ANMAT, INAL, ENACOM, SENASA, consumer-labelling compliance. You launch compliant or you don't launch.

  2. 02

    Import & Supply

Importing, customs clearance, cycle financing, warehousing, stock control, replenishment forecasting, invoicing and collections. Channel credit risk is ours, not yours.

  3. 03

    Brand Building

We adapt your identity to the market without diluting it. Compliant local packaging, original content, press, creators and community — all under your brand book, all pre-approved by you.

  4. 04

    Demand & Channel

Your own branded store, marketplaces, retail chains, wholesalers and regional distributors. Trade marketing, performance media and CRM. We build demand, not just points of sale.

  5. 05

    Performance

Sell-in and sell-out in a dashboard you can open any time. Monthly reporting, quarterly plans with targets, and an honest read on what worked and what didn't.

How we partner

Three models. You choose how much risk and how much control.

In all three, your trademark registration, clearances and local domains stay in your name. No exceptions.

Distribution Plus

To test the market without exposing capital.

We buy outright. We carry the inventory and the receivables. And we contractually commit to reinvesting a share of net sales into building your brand, under an annual plan you approve and report on quarterly.

Your risk
minimal — you're paid against shipment
Your control
you approve the brand plan and suggested pricing
Our revenue

Revenue Share

To build a real position in the market.

You bring the product. We bring working capital, structure, clearances and execution. We split gross margin on a tiered schedule — the more the brand grows, the better the split gets for you.

Your risk
shared — you expose product, not capital
Your control
high — you co-decide price, channel and plan
Our revenue
a share of margin

If your brand doesn't move, we don't get paid.

Brand Operator

For brands that want the market without spending attention on it.

You license the brand to us for Argentina. We operate autonomously under your brand book and pay a royalty on net sales plus annual guaranteed minimums.

Your risk
low — predictable income
Your control
whatever your brand book and audit rights define
Our revenue
the operation's result, less your royalty

The path

From first call to first reorder.

01

Assessment

2 weeks, no cost

We analyse your category in Argentina, product fit, tariff structure and the shelf price you can realistically reach. You get the Market Fit Report with an honest verdict: yes, no, or not yet. If the answer is no, we'll still tell you.

02

Entry Plan

4 weeks

Commercial model, investment, 24-month projection, regulatory roadmap and brand plan. This is the document we sign against.

03

Clearance

2 to 5 months

Trademark registration, regulatory approvals, compliant labelling, first shipment and channel setup. Timing depends on your category.

04

Launch

Branded store, marketplaces, first retail accounts, press and creators. The brand stops being a plan and starts being shelf space.

05

Scale

Replenishment against real demand, portfolio expansion, and a move into Uruguay, Chile and Paraguay when volume justifies it.

Where we operate

Consumer goods with a brand worth defending.

We work with products where the brand changes the purchase decision. If your category needs a clearance we don't handle, we'll say so during the assessment instead of wasting your time.

The timing

Argentina is a hard market. That's exactly why now.

Difficulty is a barrier to entry. Whoever crosses it with a local operator gets there before their competition — and with less competition waiting for them.

1 May 2026

The Mercosur–European Union trade agreement entered into force provisionally, with phased tariff reduction, preferential quotas across several consumer categories, and simplified origin declarations for European exporters.

Single window

Argentina's import regime has been steadily simplified: an operating single-window system (VUCEA), digitised declarations, simplified regimes for small shipments, and streamlined technical procedures with ANMAT and SENASA.

+28%

Year-on-year growth of Argentine e-commerce measured in 2026. It's the fastest and cheapest channel to establish a new brand.

A brand market

High digital penetration, an informed consumer, and entire categories held by local brands with no real value proposition. The space is there. The window won't stay open forever.

What's already in place

We don't start from zero with your brand.

A licensed import structure

Local entity, registered importer status, active customs operation.

A channel network

Direct relationships with retail, wholesale and marketplaces in the categories we operate in.

An in-house regulatory team

We manage trademark registration and health and technical clearances ourselves.

A marketing operation

Content, performance and press in-house — not outsourced to an agency that doesn't know your product.

Questions

What everyone asks before signing.

It's settled before the product is. We agree on the currency of the transfer price, who absorbs FX movement within which band, and how often the price list is reviewed. Nothing is left to improvisation.

Tell us what you sell. We'll tell you if Argentina is worth it.

The Market Fit Report is free and takes two weeks. We analyse your category, your landed-cost structure and the shelf price you can sustain. If the numbers don't work, we'll say so as clearly as if they did.

We use your data solely to prepare the assessment. We never share it with third parties.
