How it works

The model, in detail.

Expertrade operates as your brand's Argentine business unit. We don't outsource the operation — we run it. This page explains exactly what we do, in what order, who decides what, and how the result is shared.

The five pillars

01

Entry

We study the category, define the achievable shelf price, classify the product, register your trademark with the INPI and obtain whatever clearances your category requires. You launch compliant or you don't launch.

  • Tariff classification and landed-cost calculation to warehouse.
  • Trademark registration with the INPI in the relevant classes, in your name.
  • Health or technical clearances by category, on a realistic timeline.

02

Operation

Importing, customs, cycle financing, warehousing, stock control, replenishment forecasting, invoicing and collections. Channel credit risk is ours, not yours.

  • Our own working capital: you don't finance the Argentine commercial cycle.
  • Warehousing and last-mile logistics for retail, wholesale and e-commerce.
  • Replenishment forecasting against real demand, not expectation.

03

Brand

We adapt your identity to the market without distorting it. Compliant local packaging, owned content, press, creators and community. All under your brand book and with your prior approval.

  • Packaging and labelling adapted to local regulation, respecting your identity.
  • Content and campaigns produced in-house, approved by your team beforehand.
  • Press, creators and community selected by fit, not by reach.

04

Demand

Branded store, marketplaces, retail chains, wholesalers and regional distributors. Trade marketing, performance media and CRM. We build demand, not just points of sale.

  • Branded store as the control point for pricing and consumer data.
  • Marketplaces and retail with pricing and assortment policy defined per channel.
  • Performance media and CRM to lower acquisition cost month over month.

05

Data

Sell-in and sell-out in a dashboard you can open whenever you want. Monthly reporting, quarterly plan with targets and an honest review of what worked and what didn't.

  • Dashboard with sell-in, sell-out, stock and price by channel.
  • Monthly report with variances explained, not just numbers.
  • Quarterly review of targets, investment and portfolio.

How we report

Every month you receive a report with sell-in, sell-out by channel, available stock, average retail price, marketing investment executed and collections status. Variances come explained: what happened, why, and what we'll do differently.

Every quarter we run a joint review: results against plan, targets adjusted, portfolio revisited and next quarter's investment approved. If something isn't working, we say it before you see it in the numbers.

How you exit

The exit clause is defined in the initial contract, not when the conflict shows up. Either party can end the agreement with agreed notice, typically three to six months depending on the model.

Trademark registration, clearances and domains are in your name from day one or transfer at no cost. We also agree upfront how in-transit and warehoused inventory is settled and how active channel contracts are handed over.

In plain terms: you leave with a built market, clean paperwork and no litigation.
